OBJECTIVE
To create a data-driven pricing tool that empowers real estate agents to clearly communicate the financial impact of home pricing strategies to their clients, helping them make informed, market-backed decisions.
Project Breakdown
Partnering with the UX/UI Designer and development team, I spearheaded the creation of a new TVA calculator and report within PalmAgent’s platform. This tool was designed to provide side-by-side comparisons of three potential listing price points—Low Range, Market Range, and High Range—with predictive insights on:
Estimated time on market at each price point.
The financial impact of incorrect pricing on seller net-at-close.
The long-term value of pricing at true market value.

Product Development & Strategy: Defined project goals, requirements, and success metrics, aligning the tool’s features with both realtor needs and PalmAgent’s broader product vision.

PrOJECT: Onboarding DRIP CAMPAIGN Automation





OBJECTIVE
To improve user engagement and feature adoption within PalmAgent’s app by guiding new users through key tools, features, and value propositions in a structured, behavior-triggered email journey.
Project Breakdown
Working alongside the UX/UI Designer, I identified a gap in our post-signup communication—new users were not fully exploring or utilizing the app’s most valuable features. Without proper guidance, many missed out on tools that could directly improve their workflow and ROI, impacting retention and premium upgrades.
To address this, we developed a 9-part automated onboarding drip campaign that delivered targeted, timely emails based on user behavior.
Key Features & Strategy
Behavior-Triggered Messaging: Built email qualifiers to send feature-specific guidance only if a user hadn’t engaged with that feature.
Example: If a user hadn’t used the Geo Report within 2 weeks of signup, they’d receive an educational email highlighting its value and step-by-step usage tips.
Feature Highlights: Introduced users to top calculators, premium tools like HomeLink, and new capabilities as they launched.
Progressive Guidance: Emails were sequenced to gradually deepen feature adoption, starting with core tools and moving toward advanced/premium offerings.
Continuous Evolution: Campaign is regularly updated with new touchpoints as calculators and app features are released.
